The prospective tenderers have raised queries about obtaining approval from statutory authorities for completion of work. Bank clarification: It is clarified that as per tender part-I Section-III General Instructions to tenderers and Special Conditions clause 3.8.1 page no.23, if any approval required from local statutory authorities shall be arranged by the firm. 2. The prospective tenderers have raised queries about installation of the structure and design. Bank clarification: It is clarified that as per tender Part-I section-VII Technical Specification clause 7.1(b) page no.54, the SPV panel structure shall be designed with Hot dipped galvanized steel and cement concrete(CC) foundation suitable for site condition. Design of SPV structure shall be certified /vetted by recognized Govt. Engineering College viz. IIT/NIT etc. or by a reputed structure consultant and submitted for approval before taking up the structure and foundation works. 3. The prospective tenderers have raised queries about provision of earthing: - Bank clarification: It is clarified that a total of 03 nos. of earth pits are required to be provided one each for DC, lightning and structure of the PV arrays in order to ensure safety of the solar systems. To carry out this work, no additional payment shall be entertained. As regards EMD, it was clarified that the EMD shall be remitted to the Bank’s Account only as mentioned in tender Part-1 (important instructions for E-Procurement) page no.6. Note: This document shall form part and parcel of the tender. Hence, shall be signed and submitted along with the tender by the tenderers. |
