Rates quoted by the agency should be in accordance with the Contract Labour Act 1970 / Minimum Wages Act (as per prescribed by Central Govt.). | The Tenderer shall bid, keeping in view the minimum wages payable, EPF, ESI, etc. The firm/ agency will be bound to pay statutory minimum wages to the workforce deployed by him, therefore, rate should be quoted keeping this in mind.
