Corrigendum Minutes of Pre Bid Meeting The two part sealed tenders in prescribed format in a two-bid system are invited from the eligible contractors/firms for providing Services of Housekeeping/Cleaning to Residences at Bank’s Staff Quarters and Leased Residences, Sector – 9, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu on comprehensive annual rate maintenance contract basis for an initial period of 12 months commencing from July 01, 2018 to June 30, 2019. The blank tender documents can be collected from Reserve Bank of India, Estate Department, Jammu from May 15, 2018 to June 18, 2018 on the Banks working days between 10:00 am to 01:00 pm on a non-refundable payment of Rs. 590/- (Rupees Five hundred ninety only). It can also be downloaded from the Bank’s website www.rbi.org.in under the link ‘Tenders’. Those who download the tender document from the Bank’s website, will have to pay Rs. 590/- (Rupees Five hundred ninety only) by way of demand draft drawn in favour of Reserve Bank of India, Jammu payable at Jammu and issued by a scheduled commercial bank or through Net Banking/NEFT in RBI Jammu A/c No.8714295, IFSC Code:RBIS0JMPA01 (0=Zero) {Intimate/ forward the transaction details on email} towards the cost of Tender Document along with submission of Tender Document to the Bank. The last date of submission of the tender document to the Bank is June 18, 2018 on or before 2:00 pm. The estimated cost of the work is Rs.978000/- inclusive of all taxes, levies & charges.
