Tender No: RBI/Ahmedabad/HRMD/2/17-18/ET/78 The pre-bid meeting for the captioned tender was held on April 24, 2018 at 16:00 hours in the Meeting Room. A list of participants is given in the Annex. 2. At the outset, the representatives of prospective Bidders were informed that the purpose of the meeting was to give them an opportunity to clarify doubts/queries regarding the tender process including bidding documents. The meeting concluded at 17.00 hours with remark that attending the pre-bid meeting was not mandatory and that prospective bidder who did not attend the pre-bid meeting were also free to submit their bids. The participants were informed that the Minutes of the pre-bid meeting will be published on the MSTC portal and RBI website.
