Minutes of Pre-bid meeting conducted by P&S Cell for their three tenders of Security Guards and Parking attendants, Sniffer Dogs and Firemen services held on July 28, 2017 The pre-bid meeting of P&S Cell, RBI Hyderabad for the Security Services, Sniffer Dog Services and Firemen services was held on July 28, 2017 in the Conference Hall, V Floor. The meeting was chaired by Capt. Anurag Sinha, AGM (P&S Cell) and other members of P&S team. The following important points came up for discussion. | S.No | Query | Clarification | | 1 | Whether minimum wages to the Security Guards is of Centre or State. Also, monthly or daily wage has to be considered while submitting price bid. Should we mention tax in INR or %? | It was clarified that the minimum wages to be paid to the contractual personnel for Security Guards tenders should be the minimum wage which is higher amongst the minimum wage of State Government or the Central Government as on date of submission of the tender. Anyone quoting the lesser minimum wage his quotation will be rejected. Also all rates are to be quoted in INR not in any percentage for e.g. GST % Wages to be quoted should be on monthly rate, no daily wage should be quoted. However, for Sniffer Dogs and Firemen only the Telangana State minimum wages will be applicable. | | 2 | Price Bid Format – There was a request to include statutory payment like Bonus etc. in the price bid. | The format of price bid remains unchanged and the vendors may quote accordingly. | | 3 | In the Bankers Certificate, under the serial number 2 – if the current year’s returns are yet to be filed so can the vendors show last three years filing? | In the Bankers Certificate, under the serial number 2 – if the current year’s returns are not filed so far, then annual turnover for the last three years may be considered from the year 2013-2014. | | 4 | In the Security Guard tender the Banker certificate subject line reads as Sniffer Dog. | This is a typo error where in the Security Guards tender Banker certificate heading “Sniffer Dogs” has been mentioned, the same may be rectified and to be read as “Security Guard services tender”. | | |
