The two part sealed tenders in prescribed format in a two-bid system are invited from empaneled / Eligible contractors by the Bank’ at the Bank’s Main Office Building, DIT Offices at MOB, Belapur colony and other establishments at Belapur / Kharghar and Navi Mumbai.

Tender Documents will be sold by the Estate Department. Applications for purchase thereof by the empaneled/eligible contractors on payment of non-refundable Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) will be received during the period from 10:30 to 17:00 from May 15, 2017 May 29, 2017 on all the 5 (five) working (Monday to Friday) days of the week. Each and every Original certificate shall be produced for verification of the submitted copy thereof and will be returned after such verification.

The blank tender documents shall be issued in due course under intimation to the purchaser. The blank tender documents shall be issued only after due scrutiny of the applications and the documents submitted with the application and with due approval of the competent authority. Issue of blank tender / refusal to issue will be at the sole discretion of the CGM, RBI, CBD-Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

Tender documents will not be sent by Post.

It can also be downloaded from the Bank’s website www.rbi.org.in. in ‘Tenders’ section under ‘More Links’. Those who download the tender document from the Bank’s website, will have to pay ₹ 500/- (Rupees five hundred only) by way of DD/PO drawn in favour of Reserve Bank of India and issued by a scheduled bank towards the cost of Tender Document. They have to submit their eligibility documents for scrutiny up to May 26, 2017 positively so that their tender may be considered for opening on June 01, 2017.

The last date of submission of the tender document to the Bank is scheduled to June 01, 2017 on or before 3.00 pm. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 97.00 lakh (Rupees Ninety seven lakh only) inclusive of all taxes, levies & charges.
