Sealed competitive tenders addressed to the Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Bakery Junction, Thiruvananthapuram are invited from commercial firms/institutions/individuals for the upkeep of the garden maintained by the Bank at its office premises referred to above and its Staff Quarters Premises at Belhaven (Kowdiar), Thrivikramangalam, Plamoodu and Nanthencode. Tender forms, along with the general conditions, specification and scope of work can be collected from Reserve Bank of India, Estate Department, Bakery Junction, Thiruvananthapuram – 695033 from February 8, 2017 to February 28, 2017 (working days 10:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs) at a cost of ₹ 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) payable in cash or demand draft favouring RBI (Non – refundable). It can also be downloaded from the website of the Bank at www.rbi.org.in, under the source “Tenders”. Those who download the tender document from the Bank’s website will have to pay ₹ 500/- by way of demand draft drawn in favour of Reserve Bank of India payable at Thiruvananthapuram, issued by a scheduled bank towards the cost of tender, at the time of submission of duly filled tender document to the Bank.
