Extension of last date for submission 1

1. The Reserve Bank of India invites sealed bids for Comprehensive Facility Management Support Services for Mail Messaging System on Microsoft Exchange 2013 for Reserve Bank of India. The Request for Proposal (RFP) document will be issued from Bank’s IT Department located on 14th floor, Central Office Building, Fort, Mumbai – 400001 from January 20, 2017 to February 15, 2017 between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

2. The mandatory Pre-qualification criteria for bidders are:

1. The Bidder should be a registered company incorporated in India and registered under Companies Act, 1956 or Companies Act 2013.

2. The Company should have been in existence for a minimum period of 5 years in India.

3. The Company should be financially sound with positive net worth in the last three years.

4. The Bidder should not be involved in any legal case that may affect the solvency / existence of firm or in any other way affect the bidder’s capability to provide / continue the services to the Bank. The company should not have been blacklisted by any Government agency in India.

5. Bidder should have highest level of partnership with the OEMs viz. Microsoft, Veritas and Symantec.

6. Bidder should have commissioned at least one project of Facility Management Support Service for Mail Messaging System on Microsoft 2013 in India /abroad having a user base of 10000 users. Only Projects commissioned in the last 5 financial years will be considered.

3. Only Bidders who fulfil the above criteria may collect the RFP document by signing a Non Disclosure Agreement on a stamp paper of Rs. 600/- (Proforma enclosed) with the Bank and after transferring a sum of Rs. 50,000/- towards its cost through the NEFT mode.
