All NBFCs-ND-SI
Dear Sirs,
Submission of Statement of Interest Rate Sensitivity [NBS-ALM3]
Please refer to Company Circular No 125 dated August 01, 2008 on the Guidelines for NBFC-ND-SI as regards capital adequacy, liquidity and disclosure norms. It was advised in terms of paragraph 8 thereof that statement of Interest Rate Sensitivity [NBS-ALM3] shall be filed with the Bank later from the date to be announced.
2. It has therefore been decided that the return shall be submitted within 20 days of the close of the half year to which it relates to the Regional Office of the Department in whose jurisdiction the NBFC is registered. However, to enable the NBFCs to fine tune the system, the first return for the period ended March 2010 may be submitted by the 1st week of June 2010.
3. The Bank has since hosted the format of the ALM Returns (I, II and III) on the Bank's following website (https://cosmos .rbi.org.in). Eligible companies may now file all the ALM returns on line.
Yours faithfully
(A. S. Rao)
Chief General Manager In-Charge
