Reserve Bank of India, Agartala requires 2/3 BHK accommodation on long term lease basis, with parking facility for minimum Two (02) cars. The location of the premises should be within the Agartala Municipality area. The property will be used as Guest house by RBI for its visiting Officers/employees. 2. Each bedroom must have attached bathroom. Further, the accommodation should have one modular kitchen with relevant electrical installations, one common drawing room, one common dining room and one separate room for the caretaker. In addition to the above, the premises should have easy access to main road and 24 hours uninterrupted dedicated water/electric supply.

3.
