Minutes of Pre-Bid Meeting E-Tender No. RBI/Chennai/Estate/293/21-22/ET/403 Reserve Bank of India, Chennai invites e-tender through MSTC portal (https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/rbi/) for supply of sufficient number of fully covered container trucks/vehicles for transportation of bank notes from RBI, Chennai to various currency chests and other places in the States of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry and vice versa. The period of contract will be initially for one year i.e. from April 01, 2022 to March 31, 2023 and extendable for 2 more years (for one year each at a time) on satisfactory performance and mutual agreement. 2. All interested bidders must register themselves with MSTC through the above referred website to participate in the e- tendering process. 3.
