Only OEM or Authorized Dealer of OEM, who have minimum 5 years of experience in the field of undertaking similar work i.e. "Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (DSITC) of Intelligent Analog Addressable Fire Alarm" for large office buildings / commercial premises / industrial houses / Data or Network Centers and have executed successfully similar works i.e DSITC of Intelligent Analog Addressable Fire Alarm individually costing (a) Three works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost or (b) Two works each costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost or (c) One work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost during last 5 years (works completed on or after December 31, 2014) and have a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 15,06,710/- during the last 3 financial years and a full-fledged service set up in Gangtok / Kolkata/ nearby centre in north east for rendering after sales service will only be eligible to participate in e-tender for the above cited work. 2. All Tenderers shall deposit Earnest Money of Rs. 30,135/- by a demand draft drawn in favour of Reserve Bank of India, payable at Gangtok, from any Scheduled Bank.
