The pre-bid meeting for the captioned work was held at Conference Hall, 1st Floor of RBI Patna on 10.01.2020 at 11:00 am in the presence of following participants and Reserve Bank Officials:

For Reserve Bank of India:

1. Shri Dinesh Kumar, AGM (Estate)
2. Shri K K Singh, Manager (Tech)
3. Shri G Jai Ganesh, Manager (Estate)
4. Shri Simantha Malakar, J.E.(Civil)

Tenderers:

1. Vishala Industrial Craft Pvt. Ltd
2. One and Only Furniture Pvt. Ltd.
3. Durian Industries Ltd.

No Specific queries were raised by the tenderers in the pre-bid meeting.

The Bank’s committee enquired the following from the representative of each company

1) How much time is required for the firm to complete the whole work ?

All the three firms mentioned that they will be able to complete the whole work within 50-55 days of issue of work order. The bank’s committee advised them that while in the tender document it was specified that the work should be completed within 120 days from 10th day of issue of work order, in agreement with three participatory firms, the timeframe was revised to 60 days from 10th day of issue of work order.

These minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form the part of bid document / Agreement.

Rest of the Terms and condition and specifications of bid document shall continue to remain same.

The above amendments / clarifications are issued for the information for all the intending bidders.

The submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and amendments / clarifications given above.
