Corrigendum dated February 03, 2020 Corrigendum dated January 27, 2020 E-tender- No: RBI/Kochi/Estate/143/19-20/ET/289 Reserve Bank of India, Kochi has placed e-tender for Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Two Nos of Electrical Passenger Lifts in Duplex mode at Bank's Office Building - KOCHI through E-tender No: RBI/Kochi/Estate/71/19-20/ET/181 on the RBI Website / MSTC portal on January 08, 2020 and the last date for submission of the e-tender is scheduled on February 03, 2020 up to 14.00 hrs. 2. In this context, it is notified that: A) In the table under Section (XI) – Unpriced Bill of Quantity, of Part – I of the Tender, in page number 63, and in the table under Section (XII) – Unpriced Bill of Quantity, of Part – II of the Tender, in page number 95, under the column “Qty.”, for all Sr. No 1, 2 and 3, “2 Lifts” may be replaced with “1 Job”. B) In the table under Section (XI) – Unpriced Bill of Quantity, of Part – I of the Tender, in page number 63, and in the table under Section (XII) – Unpriced Bill of Quantity, of Part – II of the Tender, in page number 95, under the column “Description of item”, for Sr. No 3, “Comprehensive annual maintenance contract including spares per annum after guarantee period as per terms and conditions specified in Part I at existing GST rate. (C)” may be replaced with “Comprehensive annual maintenance contract for both lifts including spares per annum after guarantee period as per terms and conditions specified in Part I at existing GST rate. (C)”. C) The clause 21.2 - All-inclusive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), under Section II - General Instructions to Tenderers and Special Conditions, “The tenderer shall quote his rates in rupees per lifts per annum for all-inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract inclusive of custom duty for spares imported, transport, insurance, handling, etc. applicable after expiry of 12 months free warranty period.” (given in page number 21 of the tender document), may be replaced with “The tenderer shall quote his rates in rupees for both lifts per annum for all-inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract inclusive of custom duty for spares imported, transport, insurance, handling, etc. applicable after expiry of 12 months free warranty period.” |
