Extension of Last Date of Bid Submission dated 14 January, 2020 Extension of Last Date of Bid Submission dated 18 December, 2019 Please refer to E-tender No: ID-RBI/Central Office/DIT/10/2019-20/ET/160 published on the MSTC portal on November 05, 2019. In this context, based on the pre-bid discussions and the queries received from the bidders, following changes are notified: 1. Payments will be released on SITC basis site-wise. Accordingly, the revised payment milestones table (RFP Page 52 - Para 13. Payment Schedules) is as under: | S.N | Phase | Payment | | 1. | On delivery of any one group of equipment, hardware and software site-wise. | 40 % of SITC Cost | | 2. | On successful installation, operationalization and completion of User Acceptance Testing and sign off in respect of any one group of equipment site wise. | 40 % of SITC Cost | | 3. | On successful installation, operationalization and completion of User Acceptance Testing and sign off in respect of all the four Groups all the three sites. | 10% of SITC Cost | | 4. | On completion of warranty period of three years or against submission of bank guarantee of equivalent amount. The bank guarantee shall be valid for 3 years. | Remaining 10% of SITC Cost | 2. Hand-holding period (refer clause 10.6.2 of RFP) is now extended for 90 days. 4. Server requirements for CCTV and DCIM included in the revised BOQ 5. Technical Specifications for CCTV / Monitor / HT Panel / Transformer / Boom Barrier / Flap Barrier is now provided in Addendum to Annex XXV. 6.
