Minutes of the Pre-Bid Meeting

In reference to the advertisement published in the newspapers - The Tribune, Punjab Kesari and Ajit on November 08, 2019 and notification dated November 15, 2019 on RBI website on the captioned subject, e-Tenders are invited from highly reputed, authorized and capable firms/agencies/companies for supply of computer consumables (cartridges) of Hewlett Packard (HP) printers only for a period of twelve months starting from November 01, 2019.

2. The tendering will be done through the e-Tendering portal of MSTC Ltd (https://mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/rbi). All interested firms/agencies/ companies must register themselves with MSTC Ltd through the above mentioned website to participate in the tendering process.

3. The date of commencement of e-Tender on RBI portal of the MSTC website is November 25, 2019. The necessary details of the process will also be available on RBI website https://www.rbi.org.in/Scripts/BS_ViewTenders.aspx from November 25, 2019. The last date for submission of e-Tender is December 23, 2019 by 12:00 pm. The last date for payment of earnest money deposit (EMD) by demand draft is December 20, 2019 by 04:00 pm. Pre-bid meeting for any clarification, is scheduled at our office on December 16, 2019 at 03:00 pm.

4. Any amendments / corrigendum to the tender, if any, issued in future will only be notified on the RBI Website and MSTC Website as given above and will not be published in the newspaper.
