Please refer to the Request for Proposal for Implementation of Electronic Document Management System released on MSTC e-commerce portal on September 17, 2019.

2. In this context, it has been decided to extend the last date of submission of tender documents and bids up to 12 noon on October 22, 2019. The bids shall be opened at 3 PM on October 22, 2019.

3. All other terms and conditions as indicated in the RFP and Corrigendum as hosted on MSTC e-tendering portal shall remain unchanged.
