Corrigendum dated June 19, 2019 Corrigendum dated June 07, 2019 Reserve Bank of India, Chennai Regional Office (hereinafter called “the Bank”), invites separate Technical (Part-I) and Commercial bids (Part-II) through e-Tendering from vendors who are engaged in providing Facility Management Service & Annual Maintenance Contract for Servers, Desktop Computer Software, Scanners, Printers, Laptops, and Peripherals, subject to terms and conditions. The interested vendors must register themselves on the MSTC portal for participating through e-tendering – https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/rbi. The contract will be valid for the period starting from 01st July 2019 to 30th June 2020 extendable on a yearly basis for a maximum of two (02) more years subject to satisfactory performance, or other periods as RBI may decide. The Tender (Part-I & Part-II) shall be submitted on or before 02.00 PM on June 24, 2019 through MSTC portal only. The tenderers should electronically submit their proposal, as per the instructions regarding e-Tender, along with all supporting documents complete in all respects on or before 02.00 PM on June 24, 2019. Tenderers shall submit tender proposal along with refundable EMD of ₹40,000/-, complete in all respect as per the prescribed format. Non-payment of EMD before the due date and time will be treated as unresponsive and the tender will be rejected. The technical bids will be opened electronically on June 24, 2019 at 03.00 pm. In the event of any date indicated above being declared a Holiday, the next working day shall become operative for the respective purpose mentioned herein.
