DIT Cell, Reserve Bank of India, Chennai intends to prepare a panel of reputed vendors and is inviting bids from eligible vendors in two categories for supply of :

1. Computer Hardware – Desktops, All-in-One Desktops, Tablets/i-Pads, etc. of reputed Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) etc.

2. Computer Peripherals – Keyboards (including wireless keyboards), Mouse (including wireless mouse), External Hard Disks, Normal or WORM tapes for storage, Cleaning Cartridges for Data Cleaning, USB Adaptors, Pen Drives, Laptop Batteries, etc. of reputed OEMs etc.

Vendors, fulfilling the eligibility criteria and desirous of being included in the Bank’s panel of vendors, may apply in the prescribed format. Application form, duly filled in/completed in all respects, should be submitted in a sealed cover superscribed as “Tender for Empanelment of vendors for supply of Computer Hardware and Computer Peripherals” addressing to the Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Department of Information Technology, 16, Fort Glacis, Rajaji Salai, Chennai – 600 001.

The duly filled applications has to reach us not later than 05:30 PM on May 13, 2019.

The entities seeking empanelment may clearly specify in the bid application the categories for which they are willing to be empaneled. In the absence of any such specification it may be deemed that they are capable of meeting requirement of all the two categories mentioned above.

This empanelment of vendors shall be applicable for all RBI officers falling under the state of Tamilnadu for procurement of products not covered under Rate Contract and costing not more than Rs 10 Lakh.
