DSITC of 10 KWp Grid Interactive SPV Based Solar Power System with net metering facility at Reserve Bank of India, Kochi

Sealed tenders in two-parts are invited from vendors / firms for the work of “Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 10 KWp Grid Interactive SPV Based Solar Power System with net metering facility at Reserve Bank of India Officers’ Quarters, Ernakulam North, Kochi-682018” with an estimated to cost ₹ 6.50 lakhs inclusive of GST and to be completed within 10 weeks.

Only those contractors who fulfil the following criteria will be considered eligible to participate:

• minimum 5 years of experience in the field of undertaking similar works viz., SITC of grid interactive SPV based Solar Power Systems with net metering facility (as on December 31, 2018)

• Minimum yearly turnover of ₹ 6.5 Lakhs during last 3 financial years supported by audited financial statements.

• Completed works of Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of grid interactive SPV based Solar Power Systems with net metering facility as under:

(a) Three works each costing not less than the amount equal to ₹ 2.6 Lakhs.

OR

(b) Two works each costing not less than the amount equal to ₹ 3.25 Lakhs.

OR

(c) One work costing not less than the amount equal to ₹ 5.2 lakhs.

• Above works should be done during the last 5 years ending December 2018.

• Should have service setup at any town/city of Kerala State for rendering after sales service of the solar power plant.

The tender forms will be issued only to the contractors who satisfy the above criteria. Tender forms will be issued on all working days during Office hours from 07/02/2019 to 22/02/2019 on a non-refundable payment of ₹ 500/- + GST @ 18% per set. In case of downloaded documents, the cost of tender documents in Demand Draft along with complete detailed information/ documents in proof of their being eligible to tender for the work will have to be submitted along with Part I of the tender. After scrutinizing Part I, if a contractor is not found to possess the eligibility, his tender will be liable for rejection.

Intending tenderers shall pay as earnest money a sum of ₹ 13,000/- by way of a demand draft drawn on scheduled Bank payable to Reserve Bank of India, Thiruvananthapuram. Alternatively, the tenderer can also furnish an irrevocable Bank Guarantee from any scheduled Bank for an equivalent amount towards EMD valid for a period of minimum six months.

A pre-tender briefing meeting of the intending tenderers will be held at 11 AM on 26/02/2019 in Premises Section to clarify any point/doubt raised in respect of the tender. No separate communication will be sent for this meeting. All the intending tenderers are advised to be present and study the tender documents.

Tenders shall be submitted in two parts in separate sealed envelopes addressed by name to Shri. K P Patnaik, General Manager, Premises Section, Reserve Bank of India, Kochi – 682018, up to 2 PM on 06/03/2019. Part I shall be opened at 3 PM on same day in the presence of tenderers or authorized representatives who choose to be present. Part II of eligible tenderers shall be opened on a subsequently announced date.

The Bank is not bound to accept the lowest tender and reserves the right to accept either in full or in part any tender and to reject all the tenders.
