The intending tenderer for energy audit should be qualified accredited energy auditing firm by bureau of energy efficiency or having at least two Certified Energy Auditor from BEE on their full time role. AND -
Minimum 5 years’ experience in undertaking similar nature of works
or -
Have completed at least 10 audits of commercial premises or office buildings. • In the event of intending tenderer fails to comply with eligibility criteria, the Bank reserves the right to reject the tender without assigning any reason thereof. • Tender forms in two part may be downloaded from www.rbi.org.in from February 07, 2019 to February 27, 2019 upto 15:00 Hrs on all days. The duly filled in tender documents should reach in Bank’s Office at Estate Cell Byculla, Reserve Bank of India, Dr. A Nair Marg, opp. Mumbai Central Railway station Mumbai-400008 by 15:00 Hrs on February 27, 2019. • Tender (Part I & Part II) in prescribed form shall be submitted. Part-I of the tender will contain the Pre- Qualification papers and Bank's standard technical and commercial conditions for the proposed work, tenderers' covering letter, tenderer’s additional conditions, if any and be sealed in one cover, superscribing "Part – I Energy Audit for Bank's Office Building at Byculla RBI”. • Part II tender will contain no conditions but tenderer's priced bid only and be sealed in a separate cover, super scribing "Part – II Energy Audit for Bank's Office Building at Byculla RBI”. Both these sealed covers will further be sealed in another envelope addressed by name to Dr. S.
