Corrigendum Minutes of Pre bid meeting Reserve Bank of India, Dehradun invites e-tenders from reputed companies/ firms/agencies, holding valid licenses under Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act,1970 and registered under PSARA Act 2005 (DGR approved agencies would be given preference) for providing armed Private Security Guards (preferably Ex-Servicemen) for guarding the Bank’s Office Premises located at 1st & 3rd Floor of GMVN Building, 74/1, Rajpur Road Dehradun. The tendering would be done through the e- Tendering portal of MSTC Ltd (https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/rbi). All interested companies/ firms/agencies must register themselves with MSTC Ltd through the above mentioned website to participate in the tendering process. Last date & time for submission of e-tender is November 13, 2018 at 01:00 PM. Technical bids of e-Tenders will be opened on the same day i.e. November 13, 2018 at 03:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting will be held on October 25, 2018 at 11:00 AM in the Conference hall of Reserve Bank of India, Dehradun Regional Office to clarify the doubts/queries, if any, related to the tender.
