Extension of Time The Reserve Bank of India, Thiruvananthapuram intends to prepare a panel of reputed contractors valid for three years for undertaking installation works/supplies in one instance for Design Supplying Installation Testing and Commissioning(DSITC) of Sewerage Treatment Plant(STP) at Bank’s Properties, costing, i. Up to Rs.25.00 lakh – Category I

Up to Rs.10.00 lakh – Category II Contractors fulfilling the following pre-qualification criteria can collect application forms from the Assistant General Manager, Estate Department, Reserve Bank of India, Thiruvananthapuram by furnishing documentary evidence in support of their possessing required eligibility criteria and in the event of their failure to do so, the Bank reserves the right to refuse issuance of blank application forms. Pre-Qualification Criteria: The prequalification criteria for issue of applications for various trades are as under: 1) Past Experience: Should have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last five years ending March 31, 2018. 2) Minimum value of each completed work (qualifying): Experience of having successfully completed similar works during last 5 years ending March 31, 2018 should be either of the following: | Category I | Category II | | Up to & including Rs.25.00 lakh | Up to & including Rs.10.00 lakh | | Three similar completed works costing not less than Rs.10.00 Lakh | Three similar completed works costing not less than Rs.4.00 Lakh | | (OR) | (OR) | | Two similar completed works costing not less than Rs.12.50 Lakh | Two similar completed works costing not less than Rs.5.00 Lakh | | (OR) | (OR) | | One similar completed work costing not less than Rs.20.00 Lakh | One similar completed work costing not less than Rs.8.00 Lakh | 3) YEARLY TURN OVER of the Contractor / Organization for the last 3 years (Income tax year) i.e. 2017-18, 2016 – 2017 & 2015 – 2016 (Audited balance sheet duly certified by a Charted Accountant shall be submitted. | Category I: Rs.25.00 Lakh | Category II: Rs.10.00 Lakh | 4) SOLVENCY Certificate issued by the applicant’s banker (Prescribed format attached) | Category I: Rs.25.00 Lakh | Category II: Rs.10.00 Lakh | 5) Service setup 6) Copies of valid licenses for related trades as applicable, PAN, Service Tax, Registration, VAT etc. issued by respective authorities. The application forms will be issued free of cost at Estate Department, Reserve Bank of India, Thiruvananthapuram from August 13, 2018 to September 10, 2018 on all working days between 11.00 hrs and 17.00 hrs Application forms can also be downloaded from the website https://www.rbi.org.in. The complete detailed information / documentary proof of their being eligible for the work, will have to be submitted along with the filled in application form to The Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Estate Department, Bakery Junction, Thiruvananthapuram.
