Reserve Bank of India, Bhubaneswar intends to prepare a panel of vendors for lifting of briquettes of shredded currency and disposal of wooden and steel boxes, steel scrap/straps, used hydraulic oil etc. The panel will be valid for three years from the date of empanelment.

Application form can be obtained from the General Manager, Issue Department, Reserve Bank of India, Pt. J.N. Marg, Bhubaneswar, Odisha-751001 from August 02, 2018 during office working hours from 10.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M up to August 23, 2018 or may be downloaded from the RBI website (www.rbi.org.in under the menu “Tenders”). Last date for downloading of application form is August 23, 2018.

Duly completed application forms super-scribed “Application for empanelment of vendors for lifting of briquettes of shredded currency and disposal of wooden and steel boxes, steel scrap/straps, used hydraulic oil etc.” may be submitted in sealed covers to the Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Pt. J. N. Marg, Bhubaneswar, Odisha-751001 not later than 5:00 PM on August 24, 2018.

The application form shall also contain the Earnest Money Deposit of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) by way of Demand Draft favouring Reserve Bank of India payable at Bhubaneswar. Tenders will be opened on August 28, 2018 at 03:00 PM in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives, who choose to be present.

The Bank is not bound to accept the highest or any other tender and reserves the right to reject any or all application/quotation without assigning any reason there for.
