Reserve Bank of India, Chennai invites sealed quotations for the cleaning of the Computers, Printers and other Peripherals situated at the Bank’s Main Office premises and at Bank’s Staff Quarters at Koyambedu, P.H. Road, K.K. Nagar and Besant Nagar. At the Bank’s Staff Quarters, the PCs are situated at the Dispensaries, Asst. Caretaker/Caretaker’s Office and the residences of the faculty members of our Zonal Training Centre.

2. The approximate number of PCs and Printers is 850 and 254 respectively. The numbers of PCs and Printers situated at the Bank’s Staff Quarters are very few, i.e. maximum upto five per location.

3. The rate must be quoted per PC and Printer i.e. the monitor, CPU and Keyboard must be treated as one unit (including the GST). The frequency of the cleaning will be on a monthly basis.

4. The contractor shall not assign the Contract. They shall not sublet any portion of the contract except with the written consent of Reserve Bank of India.

5. The sealed quotation in the prescribed format as given in the Annexure must be submitted on or before August 17, 2018 at the office address mentioned below. The quotations will not be accepted after 15.00 hours on August 17, 2018.
