1. Sealed tenders are invited under Two-Bid system from reputed agencies, for AMC for Pest Control Treatment in Bank’s MOB and Annexe Building at New Delhi for a period of one year which may be renewed annually based on satisfactory performance.

2. Tender Form can be downloaded from Bank’s website www.rbi.org.in or can be obtained from Estate Department, 6, Sansad Marg, New Delhi. Last date for submission/receipt of tender(s) is June 28, 2018 (up to 14:00 hrs.). The part I of the tender will be opened by the Tender Opening Committee in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representative/s who wish to be present on the same day at 15:00 hrs. In case, any holiday on the last day of submission, the tenders will be accepted on the next working day at the time as mentioned above. The tenders received after the above said scheduled date and time will not be considered.

The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the tenders without assigning any reasons.
