Corrigendum

The College of Agricultural Banking, Reserve Bank of India, University Road, Pune - 411 016 (the Bank) hereby, invites tenders from Bank’s empanelled contractors (Category II and above) for ‘CONSTRUCTION OF BITUMEN ROAD NEAR NISHIGANDHA STAFF QUARTERS, AUNDH, PUNE’. The work is estimated to cost Rs. 5,80,500/- and is to be completed within 30 days.

2. Tender forms will be issued from 13/03/2018 to 19/03/2018 from 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM on all working days (Monday to Friday) by Premises Infrastructure and Maintenance Section, College Of Agricultural Banking, Reserve Bank of India, Pune, on a non-refundable payment of Rs.590/- per set (original & duplicate) in cash/Demand Draft favoring Reserve Bank of India, payable at Mumbai or through NEFT.

3. Tender forms can also be downloaded from the website www.rbi.org.in till 19/03/2018 In case of downloaded documents, the said non-refundable sum of Rs.590/- in the form of Demand Draft favoring Reserve Bank of India payable at Mumbai or remitted through NEFT and proof of remittance will have to be submitted at Premises Infrastructure & Maintenance Section, Reserve Bank of India, Pune in a separate sealed cover addressed by name to Principal, College of Agricultural Banking, Reserve Bank of India, Pune at time of submission of tender.

4. Tender in prescribed form shall be submitted in single cover containing (Technical Bid) Bank’s standard technical and commercial conditions for the proposed work, Bidder’s covering letter, if any and Financial bid, superscribing ‘Tender for CONSTRUCTION OF BITUMEN ROAD AT NISHIGANDHA STAFF QUARTERS, AUNDH, PUNE’. The sealed cover addressed by name to the Principal, College of Agricultural Banking, Reserve Bank of India, University Road, Pune- 411016 will be received by the Bank up to 1400 Hrs on 26/03/2018 in the manner described in the tender form. Tenders received after the due date and time will not be accepted under any circumstances.

5. The tenders will be opened at 1500 Hrs. on 26/03/2018 in the presence of the authorized representative of the Bidders, who choose to be present

6. The Bank is not bound to accept the lowest tender and reserves the right to accept either in full or in part any tender. The Bank also reserves the right to reject all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
