i. Date & time of opening of Part-I (i.e. Techno-Commercial Bid) Date & Time of opening of Part- II (Price Bid) 11:00 AM of April 13, 2018. Opening of price bid shall be informed separately.
j. Transaction fee Payment of Transaction fee as mentioned in the MSTC portal through MSTC payment gateway/ NEFT/ RTGS in favour of MSTC limited.

Qualification Criteria:

Only those contractors who have minimum 5 years’ experience in the field of undertaking similar works viz. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Centralized AC System and associated works for the office buildings/commercial premises/industrial houses and have, during the last 5 years (works completed on or after DECEMBER 2012), executed successfully similar works individually costing as under:

(a) Three works each costing not less than 40% of estimated cost.

OR

(b) Two works each costing not less than 50% of estimated cost.

OR

(c) One work costing not less than 80% of estimated cost.

AND

(d) Have a minimum yearly turnover of 100% of estimated cost during the last 3 years supported by audited financial statements.

AND

(e) Have a service set up at Chennai for rendering after sales service.

Tenderers should submit the following documents in respect of their eligibility. Documents submitted should have suitable file names.

i) Copies of detailed work order indicating scope and value of works. (File name e.g.: WO1, WO2 etc.)

ii) Completion certificate for the qualifying works. (File name e.g.: CC1, CC2 etc.)

iii) List of completed works with all the details as per the proforma (File name e.g.: CW1, CW2 etc.)

iv) Financial statement for turnover for last 3 years (File name e.g.: FS1, FS2 etc.)
