Reserve Bank of India, Panaji invites sealed tenders/applications from reputed and experienced car hiring/taxi operator agencies/companies for empanelment by the Bank for providing vehicles for the use of its officers and authorized persons. Interested companies/firms having good reputation, minimum Three years of experience in the field, having adequate capacity to cater to the Bank's requirement and those who are providing cars on hire to at least one government/ semi-government/public sector undertakings/banks/MNCs may download the Tender Form/Application in two parts (Technical bid and Financial bid) having all the details, from the Bank’s Website https://www.rbi.org.in/Scripts/BS_ViewTenders.aspx.

The cover containing filled in forms/applications superscribed “Tender for Hiring of Cars” may be sent by courier/post/in person only at 703, Reserve Bank of India, HRMD, Gera Imperium II, Patto, Panaji, Goa 403 001 till 02.00 P.M. on or before June 05, 2017. Tenders received after the said date and time will not be accepted. The Bank reserves its right to accept or reject any or all of the offers without assigning any reason there for.
