As per the requirement of the Bank Applications are invited for empanelment of Stationers/Printers, Suppliers of Computer Consumables, Binders and Rubber stamp makers.

Applications are invited from Consumer Co-operative stores / Government undertaking store also.

This Empanelment would be valid up to June 30, 2020.

Applicants should give full details in given format, about the firm, / company name, address, telephone number / mobile numbers / including the PAN, TIN number, VAT number, telephone number partners name / mobile numbers etc.

Applicants should give details in given format about stationery supplies / printing work /supplies of computer consumables /work of binding or Rubber Stamp making, done for any bank, significant public / government and other institutions in the past. Applicants should give full details of the work, the Institute's address (where work is performed) and name and address of the company’s /firm’s Bankers. All the details should be on the letter head with seal and signature of the authorized signatory.

Separate Applications for the above categories should reach us in sealed envelope. Applications should be marked to Sh. Arnab Roy, Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India; post Bag No. 12, Tonk Road, Ram Bagh Circle, JAIPUR-302052 should reach on or before 25.05.2017. Envelopes should be super scribed as “EMPANELMENT FOR STATIONERS/PRINTERS SUPPLIERS OF COMPUTER CONSUMABLES, BINDERS, and LANYARD, RUBBER STAMP MAKERS”. Bank Reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason thereof.
