Corrigendum

Reserve Bank of India, Estate office, Mumbai Regional office, Fort - 400 001 (hereinafter referred to as the Bank), intends to dispose of its property situated at S.No.33 & 34, Near Lonavala Dam, INS Shivaji Road, Bhushi Village, Maval Taluk, Lonavala – Pune (Within the limits of Lonavala Municipal Council). Accordingly, The Bank invites ‘Expression of Interest’ (EOI) for the above purpose for shortlisting eligible bidders. The proforma for Expression of Interest (EOI) is enclosed herewith. The price bids from the eligible bidders shall be obtained subsequently.

2. It may be noted that the property shall be disposed off to a single buyer only. The duly filled form for EOI shall reach this office in sealed envelopes addressed to “The Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Estate Office, 2nd floor, Fort, Mumbai – 400001”, before 5.00 PM of February 28, 2023.

3. A token amount of ₹1 lakh per application shall be deposited as interest-free refundable deposit. The deposit amount to be remitted is not indicative of the value of the property.

4. Successful bidder shall have to deposit 25% of the bid amount by way of NEFT/RTGS transfer within 15 days after being declared as successful, failing which the entire token amount of Rs.1 Lakh shall be forfeited by the Bank without any notice. The token amount of ₹1 lakh deposited by the successful bidder shall be adjusted against the 25% of the bid amount and the token amount of unsuccessful bidders shall be refunded to the parties without any interest.

6. Bank has the right to reject any or all the applications received without assigning any reasons thereof.
