At the outset, the Chairman welcomed the participants and advised them to put forth their doubts / queries, if any. Shri Sudhansu Vikram, AM (Tech-Civil) explained various aspects of the tender and Bank’s requirements, which needed to be taken care of in bid submission. 4. The vacant flats will be handed over on the date of issue of work order. | | 2. | What materials are required to be used for fixtures & fittings | All the fixtures and fittings shall be as per approved list of materials enumerated in Section-F of the tender. | | 3. | Can the labours work beyond 6 pm ? | The work may be halted daily between 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm for the convenience of the residents. Renovation work can be extended after 6 pm, if required, with prior consent of Bank officials. | | 4. | Whether the pipelines are required to be replaced? | Yes, all pipelines are to be replaced. | | 5. | Whether the electrical fittings like switch boards etc., need to be replaced? Is there a necessity for concealing of wires? | As per the scope of tender, only Civil works have been included. | 5. The bidders are requested to submit the bid after considering the clarifications given in the above minutes. (A duly signed /stamped copy of this Minutes of Meeting should be uploaded). All vendors are advised to visit site (Rajnigandha Staff Quarters located in Aundh) to acquaint themselves with the security requirements while working in RBI Premises. It was reiterated that this is supplementary to the tender document and will form part of the tender. In case there is any conflict between the tender document and the corrigendum, the latter shall prevail. 6.
