Minutes of Pre-Bid Meeting

Your kind attention is invited to the following amendments in the paras of the tender number RBI/CAB Pune//375/21-22/ET/375

Para 3.3.2 (i)- Currency of Bid:
Bid prices shall be quoted in Indian Rupees only. Rates quoted should include all costs associated with the work including any out of pocket / mobilization expenses, all taxes (except /GST), charges, levies, cess, insurance, transportation, other Govt. Taxes etc. As indicated above, the rates quoted must be excluding GST, which will be paid separately as per the government directives. The cost of the no. labour as stated at Para 2.1(i) will be reimbursed by the college on submission of documentary evidence of payment. The payment structure is given at annex IX. Since the cost of labour (12) is being borne by the Bank, the bidders are advised to cater only for the material cost and service charge in their quotes. It may be noted any extra deployment required for special occasions the cost of labour will be borne by the bidder.

The rates quoted should include all costs associated with the work including any out of pocket / mobilization expenses, all taxes (except /GST), charges, levies, cess, insurance, transportation, other Govt. taxes etc. As indicated above, the rates quoted must be excluding GST, which will be paid separately as per the Government directives. The cost of the number of labourers as stated at Para 2.1(i) will be reimbursed by the College on submission of documentary evidence of payment. The payment structure is given at Annex-IX. Since the cost of labour (12) is being borne by the Bank, the bidders are advised to cater only for the material cost and service charge in their quotes. It may be noted any extra deployment required for special occasions the cost of labor will be borne by the bidder. The rate for lunch served to officers of the Bank will be ₹110/- inclusive of all Taxes. This rate will be fixed and will not be part of price bid. Rates for Ala Carte menu will be negotiable. The average no. of officers availing this facility is 15-20/day. The rates & menu for staff canteen will be on mutually agreed basis.
Para 4.6-
If the performance is not found satisfactory or directions given by Bank are not executed in reasonable time, it may lead to imposing penalty ranging from 10% to 25% of the Bill amount at the discretion of the Bank. The Bank’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding on the successful bidder.

In respect of Chef and cooks, if required relievers are not provided during their absence, a penalty of ₹2000/- will be imposed for each Chef and cook absent per day over and above the penalty clause
Section – VIII-Scrutiny of Offers-(c)-Site Evaluation:
The members of the Evaluation Committee shall conduct site visits to assess the quality and other aspects of the existing contracts of bidders as per the criteria in the undermentioned table and a Site Evaluation Score (SES) will be given to the participants. A list of such places along with contact details of the contact person should be provided.

The bidder will also have to give a demo of food and services at the Bank’s site. A list of such places along with contact details of the contact person should be provided.
