Bid prices shall be quoted in Indian Rupees only. Rates quoted should include all costs associated with the work including any out of pocket / mobilization expenses, all taxes (except /GST), charges, levies, cess, insurance, transportation, other Govt. Taxes etc. As indicated above, the rates quoted must be excluding GST, which will be paid separately as per the government directives. The cost of the no. labour as stated at Para 2.1(i) will be reimbursed by the college on submission of documentary evidence of payment. The payment structure is given at annex IX. Since the cost of labour (12) is being borne by the Bank, the bidders are advised to cater only for the material cost and service charge in their quotes. If the performance is not found satisfactory or directions given by Bank are not executed in reasonable time, it may lead to imposing penalty ranging from 10% to 25% of the Bill amount at the discretion of the Bank.
