Please refer to the tender notice for the captioned tender published on the Bank’s website www.rbi.org.in on October 09, 2020 inviting applications from empaneled contractors for the captioned work through e-tender route on MSTC website (https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/rbi/).

To encourage larger participation from the eligible vendors, now the Bank has decided to invite tenders for the captioned work through Open Tender process in lieu of Empaneled contractors, accordingly all eligible vendors can participate in the e-tendering process and submit their bids through the above-mentioned website.

Please note the below changes in the tender documents:

1. Bank Guarantee mentioned as Not applicable(NA) shall be read as Not Applicable(NA) only. However, Not Applicable(NA) mentioned in all other places in Tender documents shall be read as Applicable, accordingly all those tender conditions to be considered before submission of tenders.

2. EMD shall be applicable for all eligible vendors to participate in the tendering process. EMD of Rs.13,483/- should be submitted through NEFT(A/C No-186004001,Reserve Bank of India, IFSC Code-RBIS0BBPA01) or a demand draft issued by a Scheduled Bank in favor of ‘Reserve Bank of India, Bhubaneswar’ Or in the form of an irrevocable bank guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in the Bank’s standard proforma (Annexure-V) which is available in the tender-form along with pre- Qualification documents. The documents pertaining to EMD should be scanned and uploaded with the pre-Qualification documents.

3. To be eligible to participate in this captioned work, tenderers must satisfy the Pre-bid Qualification criteria mentioned in the Tender documents.

4. Part I of the Tender shall be opened as per the Tender schedule below. Part II shall be opened at later date, after technical evaluation of Part I documents submitted by the bidders.

5. Please find the amended Tender schedule as below:

All other terms and conditions mentioned in the tender remains unchanged.
