Sealed Tenders in two-parts Part-I (Techno Commercial Bid) & Part-II (Price Bid) are invited by RBI, Bhubaneswar as per the details furnished below. | 1 | Name of the work | Contract for Quarterly Cleaning of Fans, Cobwebs, Netlon Mesh etc. at Bank’s Class III and Class IV Quarters at Vidyut Marg Staff Quarters, Baramunda Staff Quarters and Main Office Building. | | 2 | Eligibility Criteria for Participation in the tendering process | a. Experience: The tenderer should have minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance/housekeeping in a Star Hotel, airport and colleges/institutions of high standard. Documentary evidence of work orders with value from clients for having provided similar services for Star Hotels or Airports or establishments should be provided. The Bank may verify from such clients regarding quality of service.
b. The tenderer will also provide copies of work orders, client certificates for satisfactory work as documentary evidence for work done by them earlier.
c. The Bank’s estimated cost of the contract is around Rs.4.92 lakh per annum and therefore the tenderer must have experience of successfully executing similar contracts during the last 3 years ending March 2020.
d. Solvency: The tenderer shall provide a solvency certificate from its banker and/or bank statement (of last three months) from the bank where the account is maintained.
e. Net Worth - IT returns of last three consecutive years duly certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant should be enclosed by the tenderer.
f. Proper Registration - Tenderers should have applicable tax registrations (PAN, TIN, GST, Service Tax, ESI, etc.) supported by documentary evidence.
g. Account Type and undertaking - Tendering Contractors should have current account in a scheduled bank and should give an undertaking that they are ready to receive the payments through Electronic Clearing Service (ECS/NEFT).
h. Details of Bank Account - Full particulars of the bank accounts, to which payments will be made, of the tenderers like the bank branch address, IFSC Code, Account No. and type etc., should be submitted
i. Composition of the Firm - Full particulars (whether Contractor is an individual, or a partnership firm, or a company etc.) of the composition of the firm of Contractors in detail should be provided.
j. Service Setup - Certificate in support of having a full-fledged service set up in Bhubaneswar should be furnished.
k. The rates quoted by the tenderers should be inclusive of all charges for equipment, manpower, cleaning agents, insurance charges etc. | | 3 | Availability of Tender forms | (A) Over the counter in HRMD, Reserve Bank of India, Bhubaneswar from 11.00 hrs. to 15.00 hrs. on all working days during the period from May 18, 2020 to June 08, 2020 (both days inclusive)
(B) Tender forms can be downloaded from the Bank’s website www.rbi.org.in from the section “Tenders”. | | 4 | Method of submission of Tender | Tenders shall be submitted in two sealed covers separately for:-
(a) Part-I (Techno Commercial Bid) of the tender along with the documents mentioned in Part I.
(b) Part-II (Only Price Bid in the prescribed format – No letters/documents)
Both these two sealed covers should be placed in another cover superscribed “Tender for Quarterly Cleaning of Fans, Cobwebs, Netlon Mesh etc. at Bank’s Class III and Class IV Quarters at Vidyut Marg Staff Quarters, Barmunda Staff Quarters and Main Office Buidling” and addressed to The Regional Director, HRMD, Reserve Bank of India, Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru Marg, Bhubaneswar – 751001. | | 5 | Due Date for receipt of tender | 15.00 hrs. on June 17, 2020. | | 6 | Opening of Tender Documents | (i) Part-I will be opened at 16.00 hrs. on June 17, 2020 in the presence of tenderers’ authorized representatives who chose to be present.
(ii) Part – II will be opened on subsequent date under intimation to all eligible Participants of the tendering process. | The Bank is not bound to accept the lowest tender and reserves the right to accept either in full or in part any tender and to reject all the tenders. 2.
