Estate Department, Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Thiruvananthapuram had invited e-Tender for the Renovation of 8 Flats in ‘D’ Block, Reserve Bank of India Officers’ Quarters at Kowdiar, Thiruvananthapuram on March 17, 2020 from the Bank’s empanelled contractors through MSTC Portal (https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/rbi/) with e-Tender no: RBI/Thiruvananthapuram/Estate/231/19-20/ET/439. In view of the prevailing extra ordinary circumstances of Corona virus outbreak and the lock down announced by Govt of India till April 14, 2020, it has been decided to extend the last date for submission of the e-Tender to 14:00 hrs on April 22, 2020. Part I of the tender shall be opened at 15:00 Hrs on April 22, 2020. If no special conditions are put forth by the bidders, Part II of the tender shall also be opened thereafter on the same day or else Part II shall be opened on a subsequent date which shall be intimated to the bidders. The last date of submission of EMD will be 13:00 hrs on April 22, 2020. 2. The difference in the basic price specified in the tender and actual price purchased price will be adjusted while settling the bill to the contractor. The contractor shall produce Original Tax Invoice of all materials where basic price is specified in the tender specification. No materials shall be procured without prior approval of the Bank | 3.
