3. Various queries were raised by the participants during the meeting and were addressed. The issues raised by them regarding the Technical and Commercial Specifications and other Terms and Conditions, Schedule of quantity, Price bid were clarified/noted. The clarifications to the points raised by the vendors are furnished in the Annex.- A.

In addition, Authorized dealer has to provide undertaking from OEM for product and maintenance support for service life of the product i.e. minimum 6 years from the date of virtual completion of the captioned work. The format for the authorization letter and maintenance undertaking is attached herewith as ANNEXURE – “G” and a duly filled and signed scanned copy of the same has to be uploaded along with Part-1 of the tender. |
