Extension of Last Date of Submission Minutes of Pre-bid meeting Reserve Bank of India, Lucknow Office (hereinafter called “the Bank”), invites e-tenders under Two – Bid system (Technical & Financial Bid) for “Supply of sufficient number of adult and able-bodied labourers for handling of coin bags and note boxes”. The contract shall be for a period of one year (April 01, 2020 to March 31, 2021) which may be extended by the Bank at its requirement and option for a further period of two years, one year each at a time with / without any variation in the terms and conditions, subject to satisfactory performance of the contractual terms and conditions and also subject to annual review by the Bank based on the performance of the service provider/s. The estimated cost of the work works out to ₹7.0 lakhs per annum (approx.), however the actual amount may vary. For the above work, the tenderers should submit their proposal, through e-tendering portal (www.mstcecommerce.com), along with all supporting documents, complete in all respects, on or before 12.00 p.m. on February 25, 2020. The technical bids shall be opened electronically on February 25, 2020, at 03:30 p.m. Financial bids of the qualified bidders shall be opened on February 28, 2020. In the event of any date indicated above being declared a Holiday, the next working day shall become operative for the respective purpose mentioned therein.
