A pre-bid meeting in respect of the captioned tender was held as per schedule on October 31, 2019 at 11.00 am. Queries raised during the meeting and clarifications are as follows:

| 6 | For monitoring system SCADA is compulsory or RMS will be okay? | The software (Plant Manager & PC for remote monitoring through LAN) and hardware except PC, required for interfacing the system are to be provided by bidder. |
| 7 | At the time of quote Standard SLD to be provided or CAD drawing? | Standard SLD shall be submitted by the bidder at the time of quoting for the tender. |
| 8 | Is Lightning Arrester to be provided?
If yes, please provide specifications. | The bidder shall provide the lightening arrestor including all the equipment /system (conforming to latest BIS) necessary for the protection of the solar power system against lightening. |

| 12 | Page no. 73 (v) Annexure A calls for 155 KWp, what is the intended purpose for this? (considering Tender is for 100 KWp) | At page no. 73 (v) para, the capacity of the solar power system may be read as 100 KWp instead of 155 KWp. |
| 13 | What do you mean by the term Virtual completion? | The bidder may refer to para 21 at page no.44. |
| 14 | We would request you to give relaxation to MSME/Start up for years of experience. To bring down years of experience from 5 years to 3 years. | Exempted as requested. |
| 15 | The Net metering came into existence from 2015 in Maharashtra. Hence, the minimum experience of 5 years cannot be applicable. | The net metering should be according to the scheme which is running at the time. |
