Following queries were raised by the representatives: | Query | Clarification Provided | | What will be the duty hours of the staff to be deployed? | It has been mentioned in para 3.12.1 of the tender document that the wages quoted shall be for deputing experienced and well-dressed staff for 24 hours, 7 days in a week generally for shifts of 8 working hours. | | What is the minimum Number of Persons required? | As per para 3.12.1 of the tender document, minimum requirement of personnel for both the sites i.e. La Place and Aliganj will be 09 (01 Supervisor and 08 attendant). The supervisor will be responsible for smooth flow services at both sites La Place and Aliganj. However, the contractor shall ensure that the necessary number of personnel to ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness and management of VOFs and THHs including its watch and ward. | | Services are required to be provided in how many Guest Rooms and at how many Locations these are situated? | It has been mentioned in para 3.12.1 of the tender document that presently, there are 18 rooms in total at the two sites (10 Rooms at Aliganj and 08 Rooms at La Place, Shahnajaf Road, Lucknow). However, it is up to the discretion of the Bank to increase or decrease the number as per the Bank’s requirement. | | Whether Minimum Wages includes ESIC and EPF? | It is mentioned in para 3.13 (Minimum Wages) of the Tender Document that Rates quoted by the agency should be in accordance with the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act 1970 / Minimum Wages Act, 1948 and inclusive of all statutory dues. Therefore, the rates are to be quoted including minimum wages, ESIC, EPF and any other statutorily mandatary charges except GST.
