1. The Reserve Bank of India intends to prepare a panel of vendors for its proposed work of SITC of hydraulic lift (fort lift) for its RBI office building at Jaipur. The lift is to be installed in cash area for taking cash filled trollies and capacity not less than 1 ton, from basement to ground floor.

2. The Panel prepared initially will be valid for three years, subject to review at the end of each year period.

3. The interested Original Equipment Manufacturers/system integrators satisfying the following eligibility criteria may submit their application in hard copy in the prescribed format as detailed in Annexure I in the envelope superscribing “Application for Empanelment Of vendors for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Hydraulic Lifts in Reserve Bank Of India, Jaipur” and addressed to Shri Arun Kumar Singh, Regional Director (Rajasthan), Reserve Bank of India, Jaipur, latest by 12 December, 2019 upto 3:00 p.m to the address Estate Department, 2nd floor, Reserve Bank of India, Tonk Road, Rambag Circle, Jaipur in the tender box placed therby.

4. Eligibility criteria:

1. should be an Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)/system integrators and registered with the Registrar of Companies

2. should have minimum 5 years of experience in the field of undertaking similar works and have executed at least one number of similar works with cost not less than Rs 5 lacs in FIs, banks, Government PSU and other reputed organizations etc

3. Should have minimum annual turnover of 5 lacs during the last three years and a copy of total turnover during last three assessment years (2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19) should be submitted by the firm.

4. The OEM can authorize any other agency (authorized dealer) to carry out the mentioned work if required, but the agency should have presence especially in northern India with its service centers/sales set up at Delhi, Gurugram, and Jaipur etc.
