Reserve Bank of India, Patna invites sealed tenders/applications from reputed and experienced Patna based Car Hiring Agencies/Companies for Empanelment by the Bank for providing vehicles for the use of its officers and authorized persons on need basis for the period January 01, 2020 to December 31, 2020, which may be extended upto three years, subject to annual review by the Bank based on the performance of the contractor. The Tender Form/Application in two parts (Technical Bid and Financial Bid), having all the terms and conditions can be downloaded from ‘Tenders’ section of the Bank’s website www.rbi.org.in. The Tender may be submitted in a sealed envelope superscribed “Tender for Car Hire” and dropped in the Tender Box kept at Reserve Bank of India, Human Resource Management Department, 1st Floor, South Gandhi Maidan, Patna – 800001 till 3:00 p.m. on or before November 21, 2019. Tenders received after the said date and time will not be accepted. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the offers without assigning any reason thereof.
