Minutes of Pre-bid Meeting held on 11th October 2019

A pre-bid Meeting was held in the Meeting room at 15:30 hrs. on 11th October 2019 to discuss various issues. Undernoted Committee Members from Bank’s side and bidders participated in the meeting:

1. Shri Ved Narayan Misra, Manager (Personnel)

2. Shri Sharat Kumar Singh, AM

3. Shri Rajesh Kumar Swarat, Assistant

4. Ms. Arpita Nigam, ASM (HP India Sales Pvt. Ltd.)

5. Shri Sunil Kumar Singh, Sales Representative (HP India Sales Pvt. Ltd.)

6. Shri Mahipal Singh, Representative, Vision Infotech

Meeting started with the welcome note by Shri Ved Narayan Misra, Manager (Personnel).

Then Ms. Arpita Nigam raised the query that how would Bank ensure that the empaneled vendors are authorised and they will supply the genuine cartridges to the Bank?

In this connection, Shri Misra replied that quotations are invited only from manufacturers / their authorised agents / distributors /suppliers to provide computer consumables, hence no question arises for supply of duplicate consumables. No further queries were made by the participants.
