Extension of Last Date for Submission of Bids

Reserve Bank of India (RBI) desires to implement Electronic Document Management System. The broad scope of this project includes Development, Implementation, Warranty, Maintenance and Facility Management of products and services in respect of proposed Electronic Document Management System.

For the above project, the Bank invites bids for appointment of a vendor through e- tendering route. Only the vendors who have qualified the Expression of Interest process are eligible to bid. This "Request for Proposal" (RFP) is not following Reverse Auction route. The RFP document for the project is hosted on MSTC Limited website.

Steps to be performed by the bidders:

a. Bidders need to register themselves on the MSTC website (https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/rbi/). Vendor registration manual is present on MSTC website. Bidders need to have valid Digital Certificate with signing and encryption rights. The bidders are requested to ensure that they have the same, well in advance. For any assistance for bidding purpose, kindly contact MSTC e- Procurement team directly (Ms. Archana, Assistant Manager, MSTC, +91-9990673698/022-22872011) or MSTC Centralized Helpdesk 033-22901004.

b. Post successful registration, bidders can access the RFP document and related annexures.

c. Bidders can upload their respective technical and commercial bids on the above mentioned MSTC portal. It is to be noted that bidders will be able to view and access their own bids only.

d. The last date for submission of bids is October 11, 2019 at 1200 hrs. on the MSTC website.
