Corrigendum - Acquire office space on lease admeasuring with minimum carpet area of 15000 sq. ft. in South Mumbai area

Minutes of the pre-bid meeting

With reference to the captioned tender, following changes/corrections are advised:

1.  Regarding price validity, it is clarified that the price validity of bids shall be for 180 days from the date of opening of technical bids.

2. In para 9, following additional sub-para IV is added, which reads as follows –

“Multiple bids are allowed from same bidder. However each bid has to be sent separately for each property (following all the requirements of Para 9) and will be evaluated individually against the essential criteria [as given in para 35 (I)] for qualification and awarded marks separately for each bid during technical evaluation.”

3. Para 15 (II) provides the evaluation matrix for technical evaluation by Bank. A new point 7 is added to the evaluation matrix which is as follows –

7. Area offered for lease.

• 15000 to 25000 sq. ft. – 1 point
• 25001 sq. ft. to 35000 sq. ft. – 2 points
• More than 35000 sq. ft. – 3 points

Carpet area offered will be considered for awarding marks in this criteria.

4. The condition in para 35 (I) (vi) reads as follows –

“Building should have a valid structural stability certificate”

It should be read as –

“The building should have a structural stability certificate which is valid for 1 year from the date of opening of technical bid. Further, bidder has to give an undertaking to renew the certificate for the lease period.”

5. In Para 35 of RFP, following additional terms and conditions are added –

(XXIV). Bank may consider giving security deposit for maximum upto 3 months rental value adjustable against last 3 installments of rent. Such payment will be made after signing of agreement.

(XXV). Final agreement by the Bank will be signed only with the owner/POA holder.
