E –Tender Notice - RBI/LUCKNOW/HRMD/12/19-20/ET/50 Pre Bid Meeting on the captioned tender was held on August 14, 2019 at 12:30 pm at RBI Lucknow under the chairmanship of Shri Pankaj Kumar, GM, HRMD. Representatives of firms and officials of RBI who participated in the meeting is enclosed in the Annex. At the outset, representatives of MSTC gave a presentation on the modus operandi for participating in the e- tender. System requirements and registration through a Class III digital signature were discussed in details. The queries and the clarifications provided are placed below:- | S. No. | Query | Clarification | | 1 | What is the minimum staff required to be deployed by a firm, if selected. | The selected firm/company shall deploy a Concurrent Audit Team which should be headed by a qualified Chartered Accountant having knowledge of computer operations and assisted by 2 skilled and 1 semi-skilled staff (1CA+2skilled+1semi-skilled=4). The skilled staff should have at qualified both groups of IPCC (Integrated Professional Competence Course) and the semi-skilled at least one Group I IPCC and undergoing article training. | | 2 | What is the remuneration to be quoted in the tender? Is it maximum or minimum? | The minimum monthly remuneration would be Rs.70,000/-) (Rs. Seventy thousand only) exclusive of GST. Quotations below this amount will be rejected. | | 3 | Will the remuneration increase, if the contract is renewed for the second and third year? | The remuneration shall be for the period of three years and shall not be revised / changed on renewal of the contract. | | 4 | What is the scope of work | The scope of work was explained in brief and it was informed that the detail scope of work is also mentioned in the tender document. |
