Corrigendum Pre-Bid Meeting for the captioned Tender commenced as per the scheduled time at 11:00 hrs on July 29, 2019 at Conference Room, RBI, Raipur. Following representatives of Security Services firms were present for the pre-bid meeting: -

the percentage of ESI (Employees State Insurance) contribution rate mentioned in the Price Bid Tender Document is 4.75%. However, as per the ESIC notification dated June 13, 2019 the percentage should be 3.25%. -
Whether the ESI contribution will be applicable to employees earning more than Rs. 21,000/- per month. -
Whether the EPF contribution will be applicable to employees earning above Rs. 15000/- per month. | It was clarified that DGR has not revised its wages regarding change in applicable ESI contribution to 3.25%. However, keeping in view the notification dated June 13, 2019 of Ministry of Labour and Employment necessary corrigendum is being issued. Corrigendum will also cover clarification on wage ceiling limit on ESI and EPF contributions. | | 2 | The representatives of Bundela’s Security raised the following query: - Whether the EMD will be exempted for MSME/NSIC registered organizations.
| It was clarified that the exemption will be as per applicable statutory provisions. | | 3 | The representatives of CIS Bureau Facility Services Pvt. Ltd. raised the following query: - Whether the applicant can bid for the tender if its PASARA license is expired and is under renewal process.
| It was clarified to the participants that as per the eligibility criteria in Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) the tenderer should have a valid license under PASARA Act, 2005 for the State of Chhattisgarh. | | 4 | The representative of Tango Security Services Pvt. Ltd. raised the following query: - Whether the experience of 5 years of continuous business is mandatory?
| We clarified to all the participants that as per Paragraph 5 (vi) of the Terms and conditions of the Tender Document, the tenderer should be continuously in business for 5 years as on March 31, 2019 which should be supported by Documentary Evidence, which is a mandatory condition for submission of the Tender. | | 5 | The representative of G4S Secure Solutions Pvt. Ltd. raised a query: - Whether the Bank will be providing accommodation facilities to the security guards.
