Corrigendum

Online Tenders by E-Tendering process are invited for above work at College of Agricultural Banking, Reserve Bank of India (the Bank) Pune. The work is estimated to cost Rs. 60 Lakh (exclusive of GST) for conducting Assessment Centres for officers in Grade ‘C’/Assistant General Manager rank during September 2019 for about 180 officers in different batches.

1. All the Pre-Qualification papers should be uploaded on the MSTC web-site. These papers will be downloaded on bid opening date for examination by the Bank.

2. Online tenders will be available for viewing /download to all bidders from 01 PM on July 15, 2019 from the website www.mstcecommerce.com.

3. A pre-bid meeting (off-line mode) of the intending tenderers will be held on July 31, 2019 at 12.00 PM at College of Agricultural Banking, Reserve Bank of India, Pune.

4. Tenderers shall submit all the information and the documents as mentioned in this document.

5. After examination of the tender documents, if any of the tenderers is not found to possess the required eligibility, their tenders will not be accepted by the Bank for further processing.

6. Part 1 of the tenders will be opened on-line at 04:00PM on August 13, 2019 in the presence of the authorized representative of the tenderers who choose to be present. Part-2 (Financial bid) of only eligible tenderers will be opened on a subsequent date, which will be intimated to the tenderers in advance.

7. The applicants/tenderers have to submit/upload client’s certificate as per format at Annex 2 of Part 1 of tender document from their clients for whom they have carried out "eligible works" in terms of the eligibility (Pre-qualification) criteria explained in the tender document.

Note:

1. In respect of Government Departments/Public Sector Undertakings/Public Sector Banks/Public Sector Financial Institutions the certificate should be signed by the concerned Head of Human Resources or equivalent officer.

2. In respect of entities other than Government Departments/Public sector Undertakings apart from the certificates mentioned at i) above, additionally the TDS certificates matching with the payments related to the work executed shall also be enclosed.

The Bank shall evaluate the tender documents before opening of price bid of the tenders. If any tenderer is not found to possess the required eligibility for participating in the tendering process at any point of time and/or his performance reports received from their clients and/or their bankers are found unsatisfactory for any criteria , the Bank reserves the right to reject the offer even after opening of Part-I of the tender. The Bank is not bound to assign any reason for doing so.

8. The Bank is not bound to accept the lowest tender and reserves the right to accept either in full or in part any tender. The Bank also reserves the right to reject all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
