Reserve Bank of India, Aizawl (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Bank’) invites sealed tenders from reputed companies/ firms/ agencies holding valid licenses under Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act,1970 and registered under PSARA Act 2005 (DGR approved agencies would be given preference) for providing Unarmed Security Guards for guarding the Bank’s Office premises located in Aizawl. The tender forms in two parts (technical bid and financial bid) will be available free of cost at Reserve Bank of India, F. Kapsanga Building, 3rd Floor, Opposite Assam Rifles Gate, Dawrpui, Aizawl – 796 001, Mizoram from July 15, 2019 to August 16, 2019 on working days (Monday to Friday) from 10:00 hours to 15:00 hours. The tender forms are also available at the Bank’s website www.rbi.org.in under the link “Tenders”. The tender shall be prepared in two parts, i.e. Technical Bid and Financial Bid and submitted in sealed envelopes with proper marking as Technical Bid and Financial Bid on the envelopes. The envelope shall be super scribed “Tender for providing Unarmed Security Guards on contract basis to Reserve Bank of India, Aizawl”. Last date and time for submission of tender is August 16, 2019 at 15:00 hours. Technical bids will be opened on the next working day i.e. August 19, 2019 at 15:00 hours.

The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders/ quotations without assigning any reason thereof.
