{E-tender Notice – (RBI), New Delhi/Estate/157/18-19/ET/330} Pre-Bid Meeting of the captioned tender was held on May 13, 2019 at 3 pm at HRMD, New Delhi. M/s Moets Catering service | Following queries were raised in the meeting:- | S.No. | Queries | Clarification given | | 1. | Exemption of EMD under MSME Scheme | EMD is mandatory for all the tenderers*** | | 2. | Whether a company having experience of only Housekeeping and no experience of Catering, would be eligible. | As stated in Section III (Eligibility Criteria) of the tender, bidders should have experience of having carried out similar works (i.e. housekeeping and catering). | | 3. | Participants enquired about the components of the salary to be paid to the workers. | It was clarified that salary is inclusive of and in accordance with Minimum Wages Act, Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provision Act, Payment of Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Payment of Gratuity Act. | | *** As a latest development in the matter, it has now been decided that all participating MSEs in tendering process are exempted from payment of Earnest Money Deposit. The exemption would be given only on submission of valid documents | 2. The bidders were also informed about the corrigendum to be uploaded in respect of Annexure 1 (part II-Price Bid only) at point no. 15 (page no. 60). Now, the same has been uploaded. 3. All the bidders were advised to visit VOF at Sarojini Nagar to access the work as they so desire. | |
